Shipping and delivery

Every IronWood print is printed and framed in the USA when you order, then shipped straight to your door, or to theirs.

  • Free over $150

    Orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.99. Any two prints ship free.

  • Made in 2 to 5 days

    Every print is printed and framed for you when you order. The largest sizes can take a little longer.

  • Arrives within two weeks

    Most orders arrive within two weeks of ordering, including 4 to 6 days in transit.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Every print is made and shipped within the US, so there are no import duties to pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to the door.

Sending a gift

Enter the recipient's name and address at checkout and we'll send it straight to them. Ordering for a birthday or holiday? Allow two weeks, and a little longer in December, when carriers are at their busiest.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible at hello@theironwoodco.com. We can change the address or cancel the order until it goes into production. After that, it can't be stopped.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your print arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within three weeks of ordering, let us know and we'll put it right. See our Returns page for how it works.
